It comes from abattoirs i.e. meat production  thanks for sharing this as the report itself says eating animals is not the problem. But the viruses spread because we kill animals for meat and the people that have to do that get infected. I'm not sure how this would support a pro-meat industry stance. no they don’t spread because will kill animals, they spread because of unsafe practices as recently seen in China, there are millions of these viruses and yet they so rarely become an issue despite us having eaten meat for millennia.
