Boots like these are essential for New York winters. I need to refresh my everyday boot annually due to the Skeleton Festive Af Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this harsh conditions of salt and snow on the city streets. This pair from Proenza gives both fashion and function, and will provide a literal pep in my step on those blustery February mornings. When sale shopping (especially online!), I try to buy seasonless pieces from designers I know and love. I already own this beautiful Tove top in white, but I just may invest in the black version as well. Likewise, my favorite pair of pants are Proenza Schouler, so I’m confident this cropped flare version will soon become a wardrobe staple! I’m always looking to add jewelry to my collection, and sale season is the best time of year to do so. Bea Bongiasca’s covetable, colorful jewelry is a favorite of mine and I’ll definitely be picking up these fun floral-inspired earrings! I’m in dire need of a boots refresh and these from Tory Burch fit the bill perfectly: one to complement my fall office wardrobe and another for when temperatures cool down and snow is finally here. I have a sweet spot for monogrammed jewelry and this necklace by Chopova Lowena is one I’m excited to add to my collection. I’m also planning to gift my boyfriend this J.Crew utility jacket for Christmas, it’s equal parts versatile and timeless for year-round wear.

Very excited to grab this brand new, instant classic Vogue Collection bucket hat (truly the Skeleton Festive Af Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this hat of the year!) during this once-a-year sale. I just moved into a new apartment, so I am currently eyeing this Floyd Home sectional sofa for its clean, low-profile design, a pendant lamp, and these clear bins because, well, there’s nothing quite like the joy of opening your fridge to reveal neatly organized snacks. Come wintertime, my work uniform switches from midi dresses with kitten heels to…well, still midi dresses, but with boots! Problem is I find most good boots prohibitively expensive, so I source most of mine secondhand or on sale. Luckily, on Black Friday, these dark gray By Far boots are fabulously discounted. An immediate “add to cart” if you ask me! I live in jeans, seven days a week. That being said, I’ve been wanting more of a statement pair to throw into the mix. I’m lusting over these Ahluwalia jeans; I love that I can wear them with a white tee and they’d do all the work for my outfit. Isn’t that worth the investment? I rarely indulge in luxurious pajamas—except when it’s Black Friday. Even during the stress of the holidays, it’ll be impossible not to dream easy in this pair. The recent cold weather reminded me that it’s time to prepare for winter. I like the modern take on the Chelsea boot from Magda Butrym – they work with everything.
